I would like to thank you for helping my family and I find the perfect home. When we first relocated to Albuquerque NM from Alabama we found our first realtor in a Real Estate Guide. Needless to say this was not a good experience for us. This individual didn’t have our best interest at heart and was just showing us any and every house hoping to make a quick sale. After this experience we were leery about all realtors. At this point we decided we were not going to sign any buyer/realtor contracts. One evening we were explaining our situation to an acquaintance who worked for a financial institution. She then refereed us to you. Even though I made it clear that we did not want to sign any contracts because of our past experience you gladly stated that with or without a contract you would find us the home we were looking for. The thing that my wife and I liked most about working with you, was not only your confidence but the fact that you took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and you didn’t waste our time showing us homes that maybe we would possibly like. Whenever you did call us to view a home we were very confident and there were no doubts that the home met our standards, needs, and wants. We now live in the home of our dreams because of your patience and tenacity while searching for the right home for us. Margaret, my family and I would like to thank you for making our dream come true and helping us realize that not all realtors are in the business for the quick sell.
